We made this party inside a lovely river house in portugal. everyone was sick of the rain so we decided to make a party to end the rain and bring back the sun. Did it work... YES! it's lovely and sunny now.

This party was made at the very last minute. manel and flo literally picked up what amps and speaker they could fit in the vehicle and clicked them all together. and the big heart collective soundsystem was born. The location was beautiful set at the side of the river Ocreza near Castelo Branco. Underneath the trees we created the a magical forest. The line up was excellent. Totally free form. Dj's played thier journey without being told what time to play, Psy trance at its best. A full range of music from happy to dark, progressive to fullon.

A full on dark psycore night organised by smiley faces. full on.... full on.... full on... followed by more full on. it was Very dark and Very deep. Every one had a banging time. It was the first time we heard Shushupti, impressed with his clean sound and well produced rhythms. Not just pounding nothing ness, he has talent and versatility. The night was a wash with local talent who played professionally. Neurobiotic system Played some very good tunes as well as Ogima and Startix Thanks to johnny for putting it all together and Manuel from Powerful Minds for helping us install the decor.

Barnaby and Sanna had a wonderful finnish style wedding in Sherwood forest. Floroworld installed the outdoor ambient lighting, at night we used light effects to change the marquee to a beautiful installation. Flo installed the 1K soundsystem and engineered the bands. Also we introduced the new LED parcans for the band lighting and the speeches.

We all had an excellent day out at Stand Road. We were so lucky after weeks of rain we had some SUNSHINE! The organisers did a great job of putting together a fun day for the whole community. Live bands, Belly dancers, Football tournament, wonderful food from the scout group and the sea cadets. Special mention to Josh who got out there and did a special Elvis impersonation. We had fun working with everyone from Kayes Electronics, giving back to the community we live in.

it was and honour to provide the decor and lighting for such a momentous occassion of the union between captain Dave Brock and his goddess Kris on the stangeness stage. at the last minute yaz had to fix the flowers and help sort out the girly stuff for chris. it was total organised chaos, but everyone working in the area (floroworld, pyramid audio and magnus) pulled it off to create a wonderful space.

The strangeness stage lived upto its name. the crew from pyramid audio, floroworld, magnus (tarantism) and dj bez worked hard together to start the festival and close the festival. the stage hosted a variety of up and comming live bands such as divided opinions and ruby red lips and the firm festival favourites Mr Pink, the dooberries, tits of death, dumpys space nuts and tarantism. it was also the venue for The wedding, the personal message from Tim Blake and the question time. photographers acredited by the photgraph name (search flickr for more)

Taz put together a delightful birthday party for his girlfriend at sherwood forest. After plenty of rain it brightened up for the weekend and the sun smilled on the whole event. With live music complimented by copius amounts of pimms ... yes everyone had a wonderful time

After a years break Helen and Nick returned to Sherwood to bring a little pink passion to the forest. They put together a wonderful weekend that the whole family could enjoy. Yes even the teenagers. It was our first weekend back in the Uk and it rained and rained and rained just to make sure we worked hard all weekend, keeping the equipment working and dry. Despite the weather everyone had a good time. food supplied by Mmmm Deli, Decor by Orchidhouse, lighting and electrical infractructure by Floroworld

Is the site easy to get to? i asked. Oh yes not a problem says Rui. Not a problem if you have a tractor....Down a hill, across a river, through a gully and finally to a beautiful site situated in the foothills of the Serra Estrella portugal. In the beginings it was raining. The party was close to being cancelled. At the last moment with positive thinking and happy thoughts the rain stopped. The cortex crew really worked hard on the site and brought together some great live acts and dj's... it was a pleasure working together spending time together and eating a great big huge PIZZA thanks rui!

Space.BOT presented a party in a space which none would have thought was possible. Really nice night with excellent energy shared with old and new... a line up which Worked WELL

Flo was Sound engineer for the uk doorz tribute band. A little aprehenhsive at first, but it turned out to be a fantastic evening. The guys were wonderful professionals. They had the sound just right along with the right tracks... this was this first time i took the new fuji s5600 out. got some good shots, but moving from a point and shoot turned out to be a challenge but great fun... thank god for photoshop

Mission aboted cos we forgot the plan!... excellent party working with Technohippie. it was the first time the rig (half the rig) went out. We put it together with technos stuff. it was a good party ... so much so we left there to collect a caravan and ended up at stonehenge in the middle of the night.

We have just had a lovely weekend with Bob and Jenny from Kays electronics at the Stand Road Park fun day. With the help of people donating time and equipment a fantastic day was had by everyone. Thank you for a lovely day

a loveley pschedelic trance weekend in the heart of portugal featuring RASTALIENS LIVE and MENOG. Zona Goa chose a beutiful site and the party was well organised. We installed and inteligent lighting sytem and the blacklights. Working with the decor artitis we helped create a beautiful environment. Flo played a enchanting chillout set and then brought the spirit of goa to the mainstage on Monday..... nice one to all at Zona Goa

This was a very different experience than our usual events. Hundreds of caravnners and Campers gathered at Campismo Piao in the Serra D'Estrella in Portugal. We put in sound lights for the weekend. Well they didnt have rain for some time until this weekend. when it rained and rained and rained.... and was so cold. Even so an excellent weekend was has with traditional portuguese wine food and music. Special thanks go to all the camping clubs from portugal who attended, The Commitee and not forgetting Guilherme and the rest of the staff. Without alll thier hard work and support the event would not have happened....... looking forward to next year

a wonderful psychedelic party, filled with a spirit of ease and peacewhere we installed the video projections and a small amount of lighting. It was fantastic Party having the honour to to work with fredrik Nos the decor artist, Nuno Roque Vj partner, and Grapes of Wrath, Asterix, Suria to name a few.... The organisers were excellent ...look out for them!!!

A small but lovely party, it was a pleasure to contribute with our lighting and little chai shop. we met some lovely people, and fantastic to meet up with the girls who played a great set.

We met up with some very special friends at the Boom Festival in portugal. Working with the chiloutzone we had a most amazing time. The Boom Festival is set on the edge of a fresh water lake in the biera region of Portugal. In the summer the temperature soares to over 40 degrees. Its not just a trance festival its is an arts and music fetsival where people are encouraged to create and explore thier vision. We were given the oportunitiy to work with the chillout zone. putting in some lighs and logos. Originaly we were to project on to two balloons ... however the BURST due to the unprecendented heat. Amazing place amazing people amazing memories

A quick pack down at dublin, climb on the bus and head off for Belfast. After a long drive we were welcomed by the expansive hospitality of The Limelight...

Here were were allowed to go to town on the decor and projections and basically have fun. and that we did!

it was a smaller venue but we were down on the floor with the rest of the crowd.. the energy was amazing... close up and personal... Huw plucked up a dialogue with the crowd who warmed to him very quickly... as a result he and his guitar wandered off in to the realms of Huw Lloyd Langton world which was mesmerising.

Despite Dave Brocks miserable cold... the band did it good and did it well.. bringing space rock to a broad range of age groups. The best way to describe it is throught the words of a hawkwind fan from a message board...................Hi folks Im a newbie here.

Saw Hawkwind on Wed 8th May in the Limelight in Belfast the new three
peice line up and they were awesome, even better than when I last saw them on the xenon codex tour years ago.The new bass player is mad and a great showman could be a lemmy II or
even better. But shock horror a singing drummer as well thank gawd

The visual show was amazing as well during "The Right Stuff" clips
from Silent Running interlaced with other footage.
They have dug up some old Bob Calvert poems on tape and are playing
them with some new music.

The venue was small but packed and two superb encores of brainbox
pollution and brainstorm.

And I saw in the local press here that a new version of Spirit of the
Age is being released with Matt (I'll shop John Leslie) Wright and
Lenna Lovitch

We were asked at the last minuit to create a light show for Hawkwind's Irish leg of thier European tour. So we quickly packed our kit, pair of clean socks and a shower in a can, dragged santas little Helper (Mick Hartley) and boarded the tour bus ... and what a magical mystery tour. It was an honour and a pleasure to spend time with Huw LLoyd Langton and Richard Chadwick, and the rest of the now road weary crew. Arriving In Dublin we found The village - an exquisite fully loaded venue - a clean mean music machine.

We didnt have much time to design the decor, light show or projections. in fact we had an hour and a rough idea of the set list. The night began with Huw, and an excellent acoustic set... showing off the prowess of nimble fingers and a still strong voice full of flavour... joined later by Richard Chadwick on percussion and the larger than life Mr dibbs....

The lights went down on on came the band themselves.... Flo and I looked at each other nervously....but we didnt have anytime to panic. Hawkwind went straight in to the powerful new song angela android.... from there they just took us on a powerful trip of hard rock and psychedlia.... inspired by the energy a light show was created... using solar 250's, strobes, video projector and computer generated effects

This we was the beginning a hectic and creative week for us. We were asked to decor the Tau ceti room along with Nick and Silke and join in the visual fun... and what a night... Project Ozma well and truely cracked London. Three rooms of creativity an aural and visual explosion.... 15 djs/live acts, 11 visual artists, 7 decor crews and two lighting crews. Calve and the rest of the Project Ozma people did an amazing job bringing the artists together, creating a wonderful night. Flo and I spent most of the night in the Tau Ceti room as that was where our kit was and to tell you the truth it was bouncing... with such a warm happy vibe (partly due to the gas man) that we didnt want to move....snafu kicked off the night.. setting the tone for everyone to come... a true professional.. he chose the right tunes for the right time... Anomoly live and Scorb live... what a treat for us all... with bez23 joining in the fun previewing much of distortion orchestras hard trippy sounds... the night was well and truley rounded off by Mick chaos.. who just took everyone to a higher level and left us aching for more. The treat for me was the visual mayhem... had a great time with RTTFM (who got me out of the proverbial... damned computers!) and Metaluna from Brighton... thanks to all at Project Ozma

Well... er... /we did absolutely NOTHING!! Nada but PARTY!!!Cosmonaughty, John Kenobi and Will Doogan hosted a wonderful party with Clare (spacehopper) and Dark Angel (another hippy dancing ) ... We laughed together, danced together, everything just worked. a beautiful space with beautiful people. Next one is with Tekno Hippie (4th june I think)... when i can get my act together i will have a look at the flyer.

A wonderful night of chick rock, funky fullon Dj's and FLOROWORLD chillout space.
The night kicked off with an acoustic guitar set (natasha) combined with the electric prowess of Chris King.. have to say that it was a great warm up, with natashas voice generating a warm comfortable sound. Denby Grace - the main act a band with character and soul... trading on musical talent ... NOT just thier looks!... They lead us all up the garden path... and agfter one encore....left us hanging wanting more. You just had to like thier style. All stage lighting by FLOROWORLD.
Upstairs was the chill area hoasted by us. Floroworld installed a soft and happy space with Dj's Fab-Fairy (with the funky reggae) and Dj Flossy Flo pulling out the stops for the remainder of the night.... one love to you all!

totally cool party, well impressed for a first time effort. Nice happy smiley peoples and a way out mix of music by the Dj's Dan Dan (fill in as applicable) man, Shiny and Munky... great effort guys and thanks to all you who made it out of the town centre. this was not a party for your average sheep! sound , lighting and decor by floroworld...

A very special couple shared thier woodland with us and allowed us to put together a chillout party for our friends. We all decorated the space together, people brought thier children, we ate together and made time for each other, to talk and laugh.... even my mum came. Thanks again to Ricardo and Trish for sharing thier land. It was so chillout that i think i remeber Bez playing, Scott and the Juggler.... then it went into pause mode... and we left Tekno Hippie's cd's do the hard work. it did sound nice ... thanks chris for the sound system.... maybe we will do it again one day

Wicked party put together less than a week. Jompie, Fred and Deiter from Belgium had this amazing idea to put on a party.... in an old squatted warehouse.
